Message frequency may vary during special promotions, launches, or events.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for text messages sent and received. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply with the word "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe immediately
  • Text UNSUBSCRIBE: Reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE" to opt out

AI Partner Data Processing

If you use Business Forge AI’s managed AI partner service: Your conversations and data are processed by third-party AI providers. Please read this section carefully.

Third-Party AI Providers

Our AI partner platform uses large language models from third-party providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and OpenRouter. When you interact with your AI partner, your messages and context are sent to these providers to generate responses. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies:

What Is Sent to AI Providers

We send your messages, relevant context, and system configuration to AI providers. We do not send raw payment information or passwords to AI providers.

We configure our API integrations to use settings that, to the best of our knowledge, do not use your conversation data for AI model training. However, we cannot guarantee third-party provider practices. Review each provider’s privacy policy for their current training data practices.

Memory Files

Your AI partner maintains persistent memory files to provide continuity across sessions. These files are stored on our infrastructure and processed by AI providers when relevant to your conversations.

Data Processing Addendum
