Forge HQ ($1,000): Our team configures your sub-account with pipelines, workflows, email templates, and calendar structure that match your business. We import the starter snapshot, customize key workflows to your specific use case, and walk you through everything on a dedicated onboarding call. Usually 6–8 hours of hands-on work.
Forge Workforce ($2,500): Everything above, plus template customization for your chosen company type, CEO agent persona tuning to your voice, API key integration, and first-week task coaching. Usually 12–15 hours of hands-on work plus ongoing first-30-days direct support from Rich.
Setup fees are non-refundable once we've started the work. Within your 7-day money-back window, if no setup work has begun, we refund in full.

Yes. Upgrading from Forge to Forge HQ is an upgrade call + $1,000 setup. Upgrading from Forge HQ to Forge Workforce is an application + $2,500 setup. Downgrades happen at the next billing cycle and keep all your data.
Forge HQ is built on GoHighLevel — whitelabeled, pre-configured, and with the Forge AI brain wrapped around it. Using GHL directly means you're paying their agency fees, configuring from scratch, and not getting Forge. You'd spend a month setting up a solo GHL account; we do it in 3 days.
Two reasons. One: you control spending — no surprise bills from us. Two: we're not incentivized to throttle your usage. When you control the API, you control what models you use, how often, and for how much.
Monthly plans cancel through the portal. Access continues through the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after that (for export), then deleted per our Privacy Policy. Annual plans cancel at renewal.
